Nice work on this pic- I like the clean colors and cel-shading that you've employed, it looks to be the right amount of contrast to me. The inks look remarkably clean and neat to me, too.

It'd be nice, it'll save me from jabbing myself with my dip pen (again!) or getting my fingers covered with India ink as I emulate them.

I draw the image in pencil first, draw over it with a ballpoint pen, then run a eraser over it.

I still like the sketch better, however good work on coloring.
I dont so much like the darker background on the right pic, but a dark color does work with it well. I'm sure you played with the colors, so no reasons to tell you to mess with color.
