For 's PokéProm Contest ! Because I wanted to participate in SOMETHING for once. ;w;Sara and her Eevee, Terry~
The best part is, this isn't even a weird out-of-universe experience because she really graduated and went to prom a few weeks before the comic starts, and Terry was with her already because he was the family pet. :'D
So I have no clue about standard prom traditions, so if something here seems weird to you, that's why.
Is it common to have those caps at prom? My school did the graduation ceremony and prom as one event, so if more people had wanted the caps, we would have had them there. ;w; yes I live vicariously through my character shut upWhat's with fashion this year, though? I scrolled until the end of results on Google Images looking for inspiration and I hated about 99% of the dresses. But the good thing about drawing is that you can take many bits and pieces and put them together into something that will make you cry because you can't have it. ouo

I actually could not imagine Sara dressed in something like that since she basically dresses like a tomboy, but hey, she looks ever suave in this.
I don't think its Sara!! She seems a completely different person--
Terry... looks like himself tho. He's already cute, so that's a plus for him.

Hehe, she didn't pack any of her cute clothes for the journey because she didn't want to get them dirty / ripped / soaked with the blood of her enemies.
It's a thing that happens with the vast majority of female Nuzlocke characters who have entered this contest - you just can't wrap your head around them being in a frilly dress. :'D

Also the magical night of "Being in a nice dress or suit doesn't improve those people's personalities at all". But now I am imagining a very drunk nun dancing on the tables and I refuse to believe that this didn't really happen at your prom.

I doubt that. More likely, he hated the whole thing, but decided to deal with it since the prom night is Sara's night and it's not his. Of course, Terry isn't very good at keeping his opinions to himself, so I'm sure this picture captures the one moment he wasn't complaining about the tie.

Too many characters to flesh out, still too early in the story, haha.

I will admit a lot of your characters need a bit more characterization, although I don't really think you should worry too much about Terry as he's already shown he has a proud attitude throughout the whole comic, and pride and vanity can be considered two sides of the same coin. I think characters like your starter, Nathan, and your butterfree and geodude, (I seriously can't remember their names.) would benefit from more character development in the comic as they're the only characters I can't say I know the personalities of that well.
