Late birthday card/gift for my friend Mikireikai that I finished...midway through December, I think. She requested her baby Yuuri/Yuu baking a cake. It's been sitting in my stash since then
It's been years - literally - since I drew Yuuri, the last one being this group pic here - Give Us More DEMOLITION . For those who don't know, he's the son of Tala and Miki (said friend's BeyOC), and even with the way I drew him originally, with literally Tala-ish bangs, I wanted to see what would happen if his bangs weren't exactly like his dad's
Also experimented with his wardrobe a bit That hand looks awkward now though OTL even if I used a ref for it but still

None of my or my friend's 2nd-gen Beyblade OCs stuck with Beyblading for very long, to be honest - mainly because they picked up skills or interests outside of the sport, and their parents just kinda let them

That's interesting... It's nice that their parents are letting them do stuff outside the sport. (None of my OCs have had kids yet to have a 2nd-gen--and I don't think I'll be getting any, either!)

Makes sense. (My oldest of my main three--Maeda--has flat-out said she's not having kids, due to what she does and she doesn't think she'd be a good mother, either. Nao is so-so on the matter, and Fuyumi... She's a little young as of yet. Though I did plan for her to have a kid, events in her timeline may push that thought aside.)

Yeah. I like the three of them, though I tend to neglect Nao a little. Maeda has commitment issues, so it is unlikely she'd actually get together with someone and have a kid.

Haha! Well, I've imagined Tala as eventually learning how to cook, if only basic dishes. Yuuri, on the other hand, is more at home in the kitchen than in front of the beydish (while Rikkun was curious enough to try Beyblading, he didn't pursue it for long and focused more on music
