Forced myself to step outside of my comfort zone with this one, figured I'd try to challenge myself
The Amur Leopard is a critically endangered species of leopard found in southeast Russia. There are only believed to be between 19 and 26 of these beauties left

May I ash some questions? What techniques did you use. Is that brown paper or just drawing paper? What type of utensils did you use?

Of course. I used prismacolor pencils on bee paper company recycled rough sketch.

prismacolor pencils I heard was the best to use. Sadly I have not tried them yet, due to THEY COST SO MUCH

They cost a ridiculous amount. I never would have spent the money on them, but I took a fashion design class once and it was required that I buy them. I was so displeased haha but they turned out to be amazing.

Yeah I find that most things, especially animals, don't tend to be a flat color. They're layered, almost... so it's important to incorporate that into drawings.
