One of the more memorable executives of Shocker, Dr. Shinigami.Any fans of the classic series remember this guy? A scientist executive from Shocker's Sweden branch. By Episode 40, he's the new executive head of Shocker after the death of Zol. I've seen many episodes with him (up to Episode 48 at the moment) and I must confess, I can see why KR fans like this bad guy so much.
His characture just oozing maliciousness and I will admit his wardrobe: Killing! It!!
And it's with this guys popularity, I'm going to be making Shinigami a major archenemy with the Incredibles, when the times comes.
