Wasn't supposed to work on this now but Sai open itself and this just appear hahaWas thinking since long time about a Litwick NPC, not really sure of its part in the story for the moment.
Didn't already have work on the design, it's just coming out from the first draw I've got, might or not be different as official and defined npc. Was just wanting to do a little Litwick hehe.
The flame is actually a kind of Spectral eye in my opininon with an iris in the center. It permit the to see the life energy of the other living creature, as a sort of thermal vision but with life force.
Love this Pokemon line a lot
Definitly need to practice more fire

Npc are Non Player Characters, it means that their not a part of the teams in the group while still being existing, it can be random merchants or friend of a main chara for example.
