The colours are amazing! They are sooo strong and beautiful. The blue and pink looks great together.

Awesome job! It's not often I come across colored pencil drawings. I like the mixture of colors in the background and the hair really POPS out of my screen. The addition of pink around her eyes was a creative touch!

Oops, I missed you finishing! This looks much better, the definition under the chin makes a big difference and I'm sorry for missing the eye thing, I was too busy admiring her eyebrows

Thanks that's what really stood out in the original picture to me so I wanted to capture them as best I could then I went to work on trying to make her eyes stand out as well.

That's okay though as you get better you'll start to know exactly what to use to approach each piece

Nice work buddy. The background suits her well. Skintones are great and you've rendered her beautifully. A minor tweak on the eye to set in in proportion, and you can deepen the contrast on the hair by adding blues and greens, pushing the dark values will create more depth. You're getting better and better bro, I'm really impressed. Keep up the good work

you did a great job! I read the other comments and I agree with angela though, her right eyes is bigger that the left.. instead of enlarging the left I would reduce the right, so that you don't have to change the size of the pupils and everything.. have you ever tried using a grid? it helps a lot with proportions in general and you don't get distracted by the shading of the reference that sometimes put the features off a bit

I used to use a grid but have since moved away from doing that... I fixed the eye by covering it with some more hair

Way cool!!! I must've listened to "Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds" about 20 times this morning I just put it on a loop and played it over and over... Oh I like Elton Johns version too!!! I only listened to that one about ten times though LOL

I'll start off by saying that her hair is gorgeous, love the colour and the highlights
The background is also lovely.
I agree with Paula about the definition under her chin, but what I noticed was her eyes.
I love the colour, but they seem slightly "off".
The left eye (her right) is considerably wider than her left, and they are almost "cross-eyed".
Her nose is perfect, as is her skin tone.
Oh, and I love her pink eyebrows!!
