Much better than the old piece I gave crits on. Nice concept and lovely execution of it- it feels clear and tropical. But it's still awkward and difficult to distinguish the mermaid's face/upper body from the background, and the color and tone of the subject is very monotonous and bland.
The fishtail seems flat.
