Description
This is my second in a series of Elementals I'm working on. The whole story in in the fire elemental's [link] artists comments, which I am too lazy to repeat again here. Wind was supposed to come next instead of Water, but I got inspired. She's the North Gate.I wasn't sure where to put this. I drew it and colored it with Prismacolor Markers then added a few finishing touches with Prismacolor pencils. Then I used Photoshop CS for the background. I figured since the drawing was the centerpiece, it was more traditional than anything.

Thanks! I think... ^_^ I had fun with the coloring, in fact, her ear is my favorite part, then the hair! (Was trying for a kind-of-underwater look with the hair)

so unique! ive seen a lot of elemental-goddess-like stuff and everyone always incorporated something different into their interpretation-- it's so interesting to see! although i think this is the first non-mermaid water one ive seen
