LOL, that would be a NO! It would have been like "Whuh'd 'e say?"O.o
Ya dislike Sasuke that much? I might've drawn it, but the original didn't even show it that well, being all blurred and unclear like that.
Thank you so much! It's awesome to hear that I did alright on it. I was expecting at least one if not more "Sasuke's head looks funny, and why is Rock Lee green but they're black and white?" and stuff like that, because it is a peculiar picture with all of the unique poses. I'm glad you like it. Yeah, I tried my best to keep everything proportional, what with Sasuke being the furthest away, Kotetsu being the closest to the view, yet Lee's muscles are so prominent, it's quite easy for him to look bigger, throwing off the proportions as though he should be in front. Sasuke and Kotetsu are just really scrawny in comparison, so I'm really happy that it worked out ok.
You noticed the headband, too? Awesome! I've really been working on my metal shading when I get the chance. Thanks for that.
Haha, the hands? I hadn't particularly noticed that until now. I DID notice that even in the anime screenshot, Lee's hands really seem too small! But I didn't wanna be like "I know better than the anime drawers for 'Naruto', which is only the most popular anime EVAR, and I'm gonna draw them RIEYTE!' and proceed to ruin the whole picture because of my 'amatuer' opinions. I mean, I make changes to the originals sometimes, but with this being such a risky piece to begin with, I was like 'Nah!'
For the most part, I think I've gotten used to hands. I can't say that I like avoiding them, because they're a very crucial part of some of the things/people I want to draw the most. In some picture choices, though, hands are something I definitely consider in what difficulty level I'm up for when I start a new drawing. If drawing an arm is hard, five little arms on the arm with a strange circular mass connecting them can be just too much! If you think about it way too hard, hands are useful, but their design is strange. I'm not complaining, though.
I mean, I haven't had any problems with them recently. And my newest drawing, which I will upload in a few hours after I'm done responding to our chronicle of a message group (lol), has the hand as the main focus of the whole thing, so I'm glad it didn't give me too much trouble.
Maybe I should be thankful, because drawing 6 Hands! would have probably been even more difficult than usual because I would've had to draw them super tiny on the page!
