Here's another one of my Local Heroes! They've been popping up all over America! Here's one who's main stomping ground is southern California.

Name: Velocity
Real Name: Terrell Mason
Hair: Black
Eyes: Brown
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 176 lbs.
Birthplace: West Compton, California.

Weapons: Velocity doesn't use weapons, just his fists, powers, and smarts.

Abilities: Terrell speaks fluent Spanish.

Superhuman Powers: Velocity's main power is his speed. He is able to run at speeds coming close to Mach 1. His body's been adapted to withstand the rigors of superhuman speed and movement. He also had the ability to manipulate winds, being able to turn a light breeze into a gust with the force of an F2 hurricane, and can create tornadoes out of nowhere with up to F3 levels of force. However, he can get tired out if he does force winds up that high for too long. Due to his long range thanks to his powers, Velocity has also been occasionally spotted fighting crime in southern Los Angeles.

Personality: At first glance, it's easy to write Terrell off as a goody-two-shoes. However, like Sonic Blue, there's more to him than that. He does have a strong moral foundation, but he does have a bit of a weakness for pretty girls. When his own superhuman powers manifested, he felt a responsibility to use them to protect his native West Compton.

Education: Current High School student in West Compton, CA.

Occupation: Student, adventurer, part-time shelf stocker.
