I wanted to earn some more AP but looking for something to criticize on this was difficult. I like almost everything about this picture, the colors are splendid, the anatomy is brilliant and the character design is creative.
But after about ten looks at this picture I finally realized a few things I might criticize.
I know that almost every artist despises one thing about drawing, making the backgrounds. While I like how you put in the pictures I still feel that mixing real photos with a drawing doesnt work out as well as if you tried to draw it yourself. Even if you just trace the real photos, but thats just my opinion.
Tips:
-The chest sticks out to much and seems to come into a sort of point, maybe try to push the chest in a little and round the point.
-Maybe round the bangs on the dragon a little more, it seems a little to pointy.

Well, first off, I wanna say what a great job you did on this, it's really outstanding 
The first thing I'll start with is the wing, it first caught my eye. It's good that you understand the concept of the folds, but you more or less beveled them, making them look like something trying to poke through. I'd say to try to make it more curved with the lighting, the highlight should kind of gradient to a point when the crease stops, giving it more of a ball like feel, instead of a rod. I hope that makes sense 
Over all, though, you did a great job! I love he way you did the water, and the posing is great as well. I like all the neat things that go a long with the character too, keep up the great work

Understand that I don't wanted to spend more time on that drawing, in what my last thing to do. I didn't wanted to spend 4-5 hours in more to find the good settings for cloudswith pencil x)
