Well, by yesterday I was sick of ICT. I thought I was at a good point and then my teacher decides to mention something else we should be doing. So after my double yesterday I decided I didn't want to think about it until later and therefore decided I would actually sit down and do this rain tutorial I was asked for.

So here it is. I'll admit I'm not great at explaining stuff but hopefully it's not too difficult to get If it is I'm sorry.
And this applies to PaintshopPro 7 because that's the programme I use. However, the techniques can probably be applied to other programmes like Photoshop. I've used Photoshop tutorials for PSP. The tools are basically the same, you just gotta find 'em
