Aveline distracts Charlie a lot from his songwriting, but he doesn’t seem to mind
I’m changing Aveline’s design a bit and giving her long hair (she pins it up to look like a bob) because I like the long-haired look a lot ^_^

Aww! Already shipping these two hard! I love their cute pose and the golden light spilling onto them is great. I really love the background detail here, the posters are incredibly accurate to the period- I'm impressed! Plus, I'm jealous of how shiny Aveline's hair is!

I love the posters in the background! They really set the scene and tone of Charlie's world as it were, but I love the way you draw wrinkles in pants even more. I need me some of that

Thank you! I was going to actually leave the walls blank, but when I saw how empty it looked I figured I might as well go the extra effort and find some posters to slap in there to add to the setting.
Sneak Drawing people's clothes in public helps, but I figured out a trick for pants legs at the knees where you just do this and it looks natural

Those are indeed coffee stains! Charlie is a coffee addict, so every piece of paper he comes into contact with gets marked by coffee. lol
