... This is what happens when I'm bored, like a character often hated by Shinji fangirls, and watch the scene in P3P where he's apologizing to Hamuko.I draw a sixteen year old Ken.
... He's SHINJI 2.0 HOLY FUCK!
(And yes that chain leading into his pocket is Shinji's pocketwatch; how he got it I have no clue.)

Well, that IS true...but I have a feeling that he would have shown up anyway, considering how Shinji decided to join the "enemies" of Strega. Besides, Shinjiro was dying anyway, so whatever Ken did wouldn't have mattered ;_;

Yeah, but if Ken didn't lure Shinji to the dark alleway were Takaya was, it probably would've never happened. And besides, it's possible that if learned to stop taking the drugs, they would've just worn off. But still, I honestly don't like how they killed off a good character right before he was getting really interesting. And how Ken's only real development was about the worst part of his character.

I hated how they killed off Shinjiro who was only playable for a MONTH. A freakin' month! At least in P3P you got to hang out with him more...
Yeah, Ken was an angsty a**hole. I guess always liked him though, cause I played P3P before I played the original. If I played the original or FES, chances are I would have hated his guts.

Yeah. That's what I hated too. For me, a good character death is one of a likable, but not spotlight stealing character, who's already been around for a while. I think Maes Hughes' Death was actually done very well. But killing off a really good character who hasn't even been around enough for some actual character development? Nope. Pretty lazy writing if I do say so myself.
And, yeah, if you played the previous versions, I'm pretty sure you would've really hated Ken. I mean, before he got his own S.Link in P3P, after his resolution, he was pretty much ignored after that. Which is weird, given he caused something as big as HAVING A MAIN CHARACTER DIE.
I mean, I like Ken and all, but with the exception of the Femc route in P3P and his S.Link, there's a LOT of bones to pick with him.
