Really a sad, gray winter feeling. We have had a lot of gray days here, weeks without seeing a glimpse of the sun. But yesterday and today are sunny spring days, the temperature many degrees above zero and snow melting and migrating birds coming back.

Yes, Erkki, it is on a small lake (Varese) between the Lake of Como and the Lake Maggiore, close to the Swiss border and, yes, you remember well there is a Birdwatching wet area very closed.
