I am embarking upon a short manga! It's been a year since I did any manga and I have the bug again. When I say short, I mean less than 20 - I will probably upload pages in clumps of two or three, starting very soon.
This page is to WET YOUR APPETITE.The manga is about Ellie and Lindsey's first meeting - I have become rabidly obsessed with these two. Simon features, too. I figured it would be a great way to introduce some of my newbies and HAVE FUN.
Speculations, questions, complaints about my complete inability to think up titles that aren't horribly cheesy all welcome!
PS - in case any of you wondered what Ellie did for a dance partner before Lindsey came along, she used to bug her step-brther Hugh a lot to partner her... but Hugh being Hugh and incredibly lazy, he did not practice as much as Ellie wanted so she decided she needed someone with more drive.

I love this; it's striking in that cheesy movie-poster way, which is awesome. I think my favourite part is Ellie's face. There's something rather enchanting about her expression.

I'm really bad with titles XD I always plump for comedy ones.
Oh man, Ellie had an awful time with Hugh when he was partnering her! He liked turning up to competitions but he never wanted to practice. Ellie is probably the only person who always picks Hugh up on his behaviour and after she'd been telling him again and again his laziness wasn't good enough she got fed up and moved on. Generally Ellie and Hugh get on okay... but not when they have to work together. She's far more driven than him, so it's good that she met Lindsey, because he's frighteningly driven.
