Whats the dock at the bottom of your screen? Is it integrated with the notification area?

It's AWN (Avant Window Navigator). I certainly wouldn't be integrated, unless there's a very well-written plugin I haven't yet heard of.

The transparency effect on the terminal is perfect, I've tried tinkering with the settings and can't get it to look like that. :/

QUESTION: just downloaded your updated Zukitwo GNOME3 pack. How do I make the fonts in the panel bold? Changing the font-weight to "bold;" under the Panel section doesn't want to make the fonts bold. =[
