My new graphite artwork... My first sketch in the US.. after a gap of 7 months...Graphite and green color pencil. I got the reference from a set of unknown references from a friend, so could not credit the photographer. And was dying to try this because of the unique lighting.. If anyone knows the photograph source, do tell me, so that I can credit him..

Bloody brilliant. This is amongst some the best drawing I have seen in terms of technical skill. I agree with Tanya-B that it seems a little cross-eyed, though I wonder if that is just because of the effect the shadow has on the balance of the face? Anyway, better than anything I could hope to achieve so well done mate

thanks.. acually the girl in the ref is a bit cross eyed, and the shadows over the eye balls make drawing them a lot trickier.. but ill check and modify the drawing.. Since its completely freehand, i think i might've messed up the eyes a bit..

No problem. I didn't mean that there was anything wrong with it though, I was just curious if the shadows may have made a kind of illusion that caused the eyes to look more crossed than they are. I hope that makes sense
Anyway, I really do like this drawing and want to say that you should keep up the great work
