I love the colour palette, the limited range really gives a good idea as to how little sun is shining through the mist. In that situation, colours often do tend to feel muted and missing. The shrouding of the background adds to the thickness felt from the mist. Having been caught in thick fog a couple of times I think you nailed it perfectly.
The style of the ship is kind of organic, but metallic at the same time... perhaps a bio ship of of some sort. From a world that either admires, or evolved from ocean creatures. The side angle was described in the other critique as 'boring'. But I see it as a slow (due to the mist), oppressive, and purposeful search across the forest below. With the lights from it's underbelly giving another indication of this, rather than what would appear as a more majestic, friendly, and more whale like movement if another angle had been chosen.
You could have done this just as easily with watercolours as you did with digital. I think your technique lends itself to both very well.
Overall an excellent piece that inspires the imagination and makes you look for more.

Very nice piece. I think it works great for what you have done, and as far as polishing, I don't think that any vast added amount of work would do this piece much good. So my critique for this would be better applied to a new piece, if you ever did one for a similar theme/content (I realize artists often have little interest in changing their pieces in any way other than polishing, this comes partially from being an artist myself!)
So here is my input on this: Number one, I would play just a bit more with color. I am a HUGE fan of very limited color palettes, I think overall they just provide a better feel. However, with this, I think it could use just a BIT more, in other words the palette is just a tiny bit too boring even for someone who enjoys limited color palettes. I love the warm and cool contrast, but it's just that, simple warm and cool (I'm guessing cool photo filter over ship, and warm filter over background?). I think those work great. But I also think (and this is one piece of advice that would work for polishing I guess) that a pop of color would be amazing. perhaps some red lights on the ship, or yellow lights in the background. My suggestion is to take a look at the artist Wang Ling, or Wlop here on deviantArt, he is also a fan of using limited color palettes and often uses small pops of color to make things stand out in his mostly monochromatic works!
Composition, quite frankly, is boring. The ship coming straight across the scene is dull. It's still nice, for a speed painting, but for a fully rendered illustration, I would expect more action, more diagonals in the composition, and just a more interesting angle. This is something best played with in the composition phase.
Your polishing and finishing seems just right to me. I know critiquing is about giving advice on how to improve but I think you've nailed the level of detail in everything. You definitely know how to work with silhouettes, and change the level of detail in certain areas.

The overall of piece looks really good but i caught some mistakes, well it's mu subjective opinion that they are mistakes ;d The piece is very climatic, quite of disturbing i would say. Ship looks good but i would recommend using more tree brushes while doing whole forest like this and You should work on these mountains in the background because theyre taking 1/3 of the whole space and look the worst. I enjoy the design of the ship, i think it has nice appeal. The overall shades of grey are nice, and I like the variations, however maybe adding some sort of other color in the environment might look really good too.
