Description Recently I was inspired to create a character from a sketch from of a samurai girl.
Β 

I draw a few sketches and inked and colored them. I named her Umeki. I got the vibe she is skillful with her katana and had some attitude, confidence in her art. I haven't found a placement for her on my series' roster but she'll likely be a clan swords fighter or Kogasuma mercenary. I'll have to draw her again to really see where she fits. I'm working on several new characters at this time and hope to share them soon.

Thanks! She was fun to draw. I wanted to do a few sketches to get a good vibe of her. I sensed she has some attitude and doesn't suffer fools lightly.Β  I kept her color scheme similar to your piece. I think I made her beaded necklace too small, larger beads next time. I may write-up a little bio for her when before too long.
