Yeah! It took me a month to draw this, little by little, and now it's finally finished. This drawing is of course a parody of the movie poster of Neon Genesis Evangelion - Death And Rebirth, remade with the characters of My Little Pony - Friendship is Magic.I have to confess that I haven't actually seen Death And Rebirth, and I've only watched the basic NGE, and even that was years ago. Death And Rebirth just happened to have the coolest poster, so that's why I ended up using it.
The whole thing was drawn by hand, with water soluble color pencils, and the details were finished with white gel pen.

Also I've seen the anime from start to finish, and the End of Evangelion film, so I can honestly say that it's not my favorite anime by far. That said, this crossover/parody poster for Death + Rebirth is amazingly well done! Kudos!Β ^^Β Β (Though I admit, I think I would have put Rainbow Dash in the role of Asuka instead of AJ since she was the more hotshot/showoff type in the anime lol )

I'm going to be honest, if you want to see Death and Rebirth, don't. It is a rushed recap of the original series. Though I highly recommend watching the other movie End of Evangelion. The movie was actually the ending (or at least the last 2 episodes) the show's director wanted, though he couldn't obtain it then because the budget by that time was running dangerously low.

It's a regular A4 size. I always draw the scetch on normal copy paper, and then transfer it to proper drawing paper via a light table (actually it's a light box that was used to view x-ray pictures long time ago, but it does the job as well as a commercial light table).
And judging from your profile I'd say that you are better than I was at your age. That also means that you'll probably be a lot better than me if you keep on drawing. I started out late and without any tutorials, so I have an inherently flawed drawing style, which I cannot fix anymore. Or at least not without huge effort.
I actually have an improvement chart on my scrapbook if you're interested. Might be a good laugh if nothing else. The 2010 pictures are all drawn on A3 paper, but I went back to A4 in the following year(s).
