Description
My piece for the Art-jam. The theme for this week is "Red and black".Amore cieco means "blind love" in italian. There´s that known saying "Love is blind" and the belief that we all have a red thread tied to our pinky finger and the end of that thread is tied to our soulmate´s finger. I wanted to mix these things into this drawing. ^^

I also heard an old story about how Zeus split people into two and placed them on opposite ends of the world. And how that was the creation of soul mates as well
Also I love the idea of wolves...well i forgot the word so i'll just explain. Supposably there is a legend that when a wolf mates...it mates to the other wolf for life.So if either one dies..so must the other.
XD Idk...but i'm a sucker for these stories...love them all

Thank you so much! After talking with you about how we needed an idea for the theme I kept thinking and thinking and thinking until I found something I liked. Trust me, I had the weirdest ideas ever. xD
You still have a lot of time!! It´s only the second day! You can choose any theme you like and simple draw it in B&W, then add some touches of red.

I've finished something for "Red and Black", but I am very dubious about it. I will wait a day or two to decide if I post.. the thing. It's a very weird drawing. I'm not sure I like it. Maybe it's the unusual red and black which makes it look strange to my eyes...

Oh well, we all have our failures. Sometimes I´m tempted to delete some pieces from my gallery. lol. xD But failures are good to remind ourselves how much we´re improving. And I like all your stuff.
Oh!!! I´m so curious now!! >_< sneak peak? xDD (can´t blame a girl for trying) When you try something new it always looks weird, but that´s because you´re not used to it. I´m already planning your theme for week#2 because I have never used some especific colors before. I have a GREAT idea for it, but not sure if i will be able to do it.

Awww, thank you so much. Your comments always make me very happy. ^^ I worked really hard on finding a good idea for the art-jam. I had tons of them, but nothing was good enough, but then I came up with this one 3 or 4 hours ago and loved it. So, I *had* to do it.
