Neovisa is a bustling metropolis planet inhabited by a variety of races including; Thermotons, Hertzians, Hubbellothales, Purgandum (Expollutioner, Airwave, Hexstatic and Master Clean’s species), as well as the founders of Neovisa, the Neovans and possibly many others. The Neovans are the original inhabitants of Neovisa, developing their engineering and economic status over millions of years, elevating Neovisa to the status of a Hyper-Civilization, having converted the entirety of their planets surface into cities, with the exception of a few scattered nature reserves. The other races gradually immigrated to Neovisa over time. The Thermotons, originally from a planet called Caklanka were forced to leave following an economic and civil collapse, they now serve to regulate pollution on Neovisa as well as working construction. The Hertzians and Hubbellothales were both forced from their homeworlds by the Alchemorph Horde, who’ve consumed thousands of life sustaining worlds forcing many races to be without a homeworld.

Neovisa is one of the most advanced and “mainstream” worlds in the galaxy and serves as the gathering location for the Parliament of Worlds which convenes in the great Neovan Cathedral, located in the center of the capital city, Rugann. Neovisa is an economic and media powerhouse, home to many performance groups famous across the galaxy, art and history museums, gourmet restaurants and an infinitude of shopping malls packed with the finest, most high end products available. Leaders in fashion, the Hertzians in particular produce some of the most luxurious garments available using only the finest of Hennibrandt dyes and Palyndromic fabrics, as well as dominating the media with an army of influencers. The Hubbellothales monitor the vast electrical grid of Neovisa, preventing blackouts and keeping the system stable. The Neovans and Hertzians tend to be a bit discriminatory toward the other races, especially the Thermotons. They tend to see themselves as superior to and more advanced than them, despite the fact that the Hubbellothales and Thermotons are the ones who make their way of life possible.
Lex Hex has been to Neovisa, in fact he was stranded there for some time. As he puts it, Neovisa is “too rich for my blood”, though Lex isn’t fond of any cities or crowds. Lex has become a bit of a legend in their media, and sightings of him are still reported even though he’s long since left.
