Well no some one who's been trained from the age of six in survival, tactics, weapon and hand to had combat, been heavily augmented to the point where they can flip a f******g battle tank has survived every major battle in the human covenant war and has combat expirence of over 37 years is bound to be better than a bunch of normal people who volentered to become a spartan 4s by just sticking on armor and increasing their strength to the point where they can kill an elite with three punches but have zero war expirence in real combat bar out side of war games on the infinity so yes spartan 2s are better

Actually no, you need combat experience to be eligible for a S-4, not just that you also need several years "alive" in the military... and i dont have to tell you how hard it would be to find a marine/ODST who's survived 5 plus years against the Cove's
