This is for "Get NOTICED contest".

I had this sitting uncompleted on my computer for months, and finding the contest gave me the spark I needed to get in and finish it.

I'm not 100% happy with the hair. I always have trouble painting hair, but I'm getting better at it. Next time I'll try a slightly different technique that I came across in a tutorial. It might help. I use Corel Photopaint and a tablet.

His name - 'Meer', is coming from 'Meerschaum' which I believe is german for 'sea foam'.

I used a photograph of a guy lying in bed with his hair above his head, as my reference for painting the figure.
