A waterside apartment building that has seen better days. The moored gondola brings cheer to an otherwise leaky-looking little place. It smells like someone's burning bread in there!

There are two kinds of riverside properties; the sort owned by well-to-do citizens with a garden out back, and the sort sold off to immortal landlords who split them up and rent them to the layman for cheap. Marron's apartment is the latter, a studio with a view but little else. Which he says is alright, because he's barely there anyway. His window is the one on the left.

The trial run for a larger project! And also a nice reference for those of you who play with me and have always wondered what his hovel looks like from the outside.
