Your Welcome, I have been looking everywhere for one, seems like your the only person that knows his hoodie is separate from his armor . i like how you got all the small details from the correct fabric to the red rope around the ends and the small gold design by the front of it, truly impressive, did you embroider the Tokugawa crest on the hood? and where did you find the materials?? yeah i want a ton of these for the gym but mostly Tokugawa's, and some with monster hunter crests instead of Tokugawa's lol. truly amazing work.

I was extremely lucky to find such accurate fabrics. There are two liquidation stores on the southside of Brisbane (Australia), that get all the old, unsold stuff from stores around here, including really unusual fabrics! It's good because they're cheap, but bad because I have to buy all that I need in one visit, because chances are, they'll never get more of the same stock.

I'd actually bought the rope and black/gold brocade for something else that I never got around to making. And the yellow... oh my god, I was so happy to find it! It's even got the ribbing, like Ieyasu's.

Yes, the crests are embroidered, and I have the wreath and bull design embroidered on the back, too. There's a photo of them here -> [link]

Ah! Monster Hunter hoodies would be so awesome, too! I'm actually making the Melahoa armour at the moment, so the first thing I imagined was a blue hoodie with yellow gradient, and big stitches all over it!

Making Tadakatsu light and able to move was the hardest part of his construction, for sure! Hahaha, it would have been sooooo much easier if he could have just sat there and been heavy!

The chainmail is actually knitted silver yarn... my mum knitted it for me because she got annoyed with how slowly I knit.

actually knitted silver yarn might be a better idea than a chain mail, i imagine chainmail, you arm wouldnt be able to bend as much as u'd like them too (around the elbow area). good idea.. i will keep this in mind for future.
