I made this costume six years ago, but I'd never felt like shooting it properly, until - thanks to *caillen - this wonderful opportunity came up.
We did the shoot at the gorgeous Japanese gardens in Toowoomba. It was a very rainy day, but *vaxzone got some amazing shots anyway!
(I know this shot doesn't show off my costume, but it's a good shot of ME! Ahahahahahaaa!

Thank you very much! love: The armour is just thin sheet plastic, covered in vinyl (on the hip guards) and metallic brocade (on the arm guards).

Yes!! I'm so bad... everyone who ever comes over this side of town, I take them to Beefy's (the best pie shop!!!). I'll have to show you some photos of all the delicious things that make me very fat!

I mould my little trinkets and such, but for big, flat armour pieces, I just use plastic sheets and cut them into shape with a Dremel.
