A couple of days ago, in the midst of commissions and an Ask-My-OC's event, inspiration struck! I finally designed the unicorns of my world, and they are nothing like the normal, pure-white unicorns of Earth. But, you know, that's because they aren't native to Earth, and... nor are they native to Verni... *mysterious vibes*

Physical attributes:

- slight and delicate, beautiful and majestic

- all have grayish skin with mottled, monochromatic coloration, ranging from electric blue to aquamarine (almost green).

- extra-long tails, for excellent balance when running quickly; topped by stiff, coarse tail hair

- long, lush mane, soft and somehow always perfectly clean, as well as never tangled

- semi-decent night vision

Some notes on unicorn society and culture:

- Unicorns are strictly dedicated to honor, and following tradition

- Unicorns are master shape-shifters; they have such a good handle on who they are that the most powerful of them seem to be able to transform into as many creatures as they please; even the youngest and least experienced can transform into at least one other form, something humans must train to do for decades before success. Unicorn culture seems to be centered on one's understanding of oneself, and one's standing within the culture may depend on how many forms one can safely transform into.

- Though unicorns do have a capital, many watch over the forest and wander the land, doing reconnaissance on the world, watching over its affairs.

- Unicorn society is highly familial

- Unlike humans, Unicorns worship the Goddess, not the Creator

I hope you guys like them as much as I do!! It might be in a more sketchy style, but I really like how it turned out. I also love how alien they are, especially compared to traditional unicorns.
