Unpredictably, she will jump dimensions. If she hasn’t developed any attachments to a place (or it’s people), it doesn't take very long; but it takes longer if she gets attached to the place/people. Her jumping of dimensions is greatly accelerated if she feels negative emotions (especially terror, desperation, or depression) frequently.

She is a pretty small dragon, only about 8 feet long.

She is almost entirely made of water, except for her eyelashes, tongue, and claws. The tongue is highly flexible, and much like a human tongue. The claws are harder than diamonds and stronger than steel. The eyelashes are rubbery. All non-water parts look Vantablack (ie. reflect almost no light) and are very strong (ie. would take something harder than a diamond to scratch).

Her shape is amorphous, meaning she can become a big puddle, squeeze through small spaces, etc., though changing her horns is very difficult, and she cannot change her tongue, lashes, or claws. Thus, if wanting to keep her caged, one need only construct a cage where no part of it can admit a highly flexible tongue. Or, you know, just put her in a glass cage. That might be easier. Further, a part of her must always be connected to each of the tongue, lashes, and claws or else she will lose the appendage forever (as if cut off). A potential captor aware of this fact could simply capture her tongue and drag the effectively contained Waira along.

Emotional State and Opacity: when in her normal, happy state, her water is very blue and somewhat opaque (though she cannot become completely opaque). When distressed, sad, or embarrassed, she loses opacity according to the strength of the negative emotion. The stronger the negative emotion, the more transparent she becomes; further, as she grows more transparent, her form also loses its definition. A few ways this can happen are: blobby and drippy (sad, lazy), splashy/tumultuous and indistinct (distressed, scared, upset), or boiling and steamy (total outrage). She can also become transparent at will if she so desires, while still remaining in her distinct form. (note: her tongue, claws, and lashes, due to being made of different matter, are not affected by any mood or opacity changes. Her horns can dissolve, but only if she tries really hard, so generally those stay crystalline and icy)
