I heard that you can soak in warm water and put it in the drayer to get rid of the 'frizz'. Lovely, btw.

Very cute. Is this made using a felting needle, like the one where you prick the fibres into the felt with the multi-pronged needle? Haha, sorry. Hope that made sense xD

Aww cute~ Just use scissors to trim off the fibers, that's what I usually do when I needle felt :3

I always use Corriedale for the base. For the details/outside, I use both Corriedale & Merino :3

You could also try to felt it not as soft & use the needle to tuck in loose fibers ^^

i have no idea what size i am using, i just use the one that came with the kit. But i bought 2 clover felting pens, one is the thin pink one and one is the big fat green one.. maybe that has a size haha

PhantomCarnival In reply to li-sa [2012-08-23 19:09:53 +0000 UTC]

ah ok. I just recently learned that there's about 4 sizes (and shapes!) the larger the number the finer the work (like 42) and the smaller the number the rougher the work (like 30) I've been using the 40 for a project and its seems to help make it smoother too (and more details) I believe the pink pen one has maybe a 38-40 size in it. Can't really compare them myself since I broke them ;A;
