Giant robots powered by coal and fought with slug throwers? I'm dissapointed with this distopian future of yours.
On a slightly more relevant note, I'm not aware of the source of that green light, but it certainly makes the robot appear more eerie and otherwordly.

I like the colors, the green stripes on the sky and the overal theme makes it look kinda toxic like if it was the worlds end.
The body of the robot itself looks kinda shade'ish (ghost'ish), especialy from the main body and down and makes it even more scary, plus the lights/eyes also looks totally wicked!...

I assume all of the humans getting pummelled don't like giant robots too much.
But I do! And this one is fantastic! The thing I really like about this on is the depth of field.
I also dig the steam/smoke vents on the robot's back.

Giant robots rule! Thank you for the encouragement. As for spending more time on this... frankly, I didn't expect to spend this much time on it. I was just screwing around. But I do like the way it turned out (except maybe for the soldiers), so maybe I will spend some more time on it soon. Who knows.
