"Blessed are the Pure in Heart, for they shall see God"

A drawing I have been meaning to do for a long time, now I have completed it and I am pleased with the result however for my next drawing I am going to try and make the contrasts a bit more robust as I see this is it's flaw.

I chose this name as I wanted something other than just plain Jesus. The reference is from the movie "The Passion of the Christ", a very good movie but also very gruesome.

Materials used:

Mechanical pencils: 2H, B, 2B,
Wooden pencils: 5H, 4H, 5B, 6B,
Kneadable eraser,
Blending stumps,
Ruler,
Grid for proportions.

Time: Around 40 hours.
