Hehe, aww thank you! Β This is a personal favourite of my own, too. Β I have a printed out copy hanging in my bathroom to fit a "water" theme, hehe.

Aw, thank you. I always find that my art fuels my sense of beauty fuels my art fuels my sense of beauty and on and on. Like i'll find something attractive, i'll draw it, and then i'll find it more attractive because i am familiar with the lines and curves, and then i'll look for those lines and curves in real life, and i've come to appreciate so many shapes just from trying to draw them.

I really like this spin on the mermaid gets legs. And your style is just so precious. I love the girls, they're so bubbly and energetic.

it's AWESOME but i don't like how you made the tail so low she has no oomf where her tail hiney should be >.< the beautiful thing about a crack shot is that it starts JUST AT THE RISE of the ass. so you want to pull the pants or tail or whatever down and squeeze it.
uh... i sound like a lesbian now LOL

Haha, i see what you mean, but yah, i was just doing another type of crack, some are high, some are low. Check the Pink Floyd poster with the ladies backs painted as the albums!

Really? Hmmm, all i know is i bought the poster years ago but i never saw it anywhere other than the music store and my apartment. Until i got tired of it.

LimeGreenSquid In reply to PhantomReyne [2012-02-14 17:17:41 +0000 UTC]
Yup. But one reason i appreciate the poster is that it also showed me that even among skinnier women there are so many different aspects to their shapes - like from the conversation of this comment over 2 years ago, hah, the length and shape of bum cracks, hehe. So it was also an influence in how i try to make sure i draw different varieties of shapes in women. Because if you only show or see one type all the time, all the people who are not that type will find it more difficult to relate to, or feel beautiful.

Weird ... a single symbol? Or is it just when people go, "What!?!?!?!" Cuz i still do that sometimes, haha.

Yup, except that the combination particular replaces all that. It's easily accessible on wikipedia as interrobang, .. or on microsoft word, under Symbols, Wingdings 2.

Hehe, thank you very much! I appreciate all your comments here, hehe. Yup, natural hair on barefoot chubby women are my specialty, and i love finding new ways to present them! The really inflated ones just don't do anything for me either, and it gets tiring looking through galleries seeing the exact same body in the exact same pose with just some hair or clothes changed. Even if it is a very differently shaped body ... it's good the first few times, you know? That's why i try to make sure i do different ones as much as possible, hehe. I am very proud of the dark mermaid, too ... i can't tell which is my favorite, cuz the green one looks softer and like you can grab the belly, but the dark one is just so friggin' cute and exotic, hehe!
And thank you very much!!!

The mermaid on the right...HER TAIL...I love it!
Usually, you see mermaids with the standar-type fishtail. Awesome that you gave the standard mermaid a twist!

Dude, that is an awesome pic!
Ive always hated pics of skinny mermaids, i figured mermaids would have a heavier build, they need the extra fat to keep em warm in the cold water, and wouldnt that help with bounacy too?

LimeGreenSquid In reply to MajorMitchell [2006-07-12 14:45:34 +0000 UTC]
Thank you very much!
And yes, definitely! It ain't no tropical temperature in the dark deeps of the ocean, that's for sure! I had someone argue against me doing fat mermaids sayingn they need to be lithe and thin to swim better ... to be more ... aqua-dynamic? (as opposed to aerodynamic) ... but still ... they need their warm blubber, too!

Ooh, thank you very much! I appreciate youre including my work in your features! I fear i'll never become a DD, as they never, ever feature pencil art (not since i've been here, anyway), so it's nice to know someone out there is watching out for us!
Thank you!
