drew a friggin' cute 'Fattie Mermaid ' and said anyone could color it if they wished. Well, i wished, and here it is! I hope Icthy likes it!!See, doing all those simplistic 100 Themes pieces worked. It drove me to want to make something more detailed, which is what i was trying to do - revive myself to actually enjoy a fully thought out colored piece! I think it turned out great!
I figured anyone who'd color it would use the typical Ariel colors (which i naturally felt, too), but i wanted to do something different ... but every time i thought of making her blue or purple or different i felt like it was wrong. So instead of red hair, i gave her rainbow hair!
Fattie Mermaid linework is credited to Ichthyophagous, and the coloring is credited to Me!

Hmmm, it's not my original image, i just coloured it. So i don't know what to say about that. I'm glad it's being used, so long as it's not for derogatory purposes.

Okay, this is something I'd been wondering about for a while... it'd get cold under water, right? Thats why whales and other water animals are so blubbery... So why would mermaids be skinny??? Maybe tropical mermaids, but going futher north, the mermaids would need some pounds to keep from freezing. xD Right?
