They were the best part of the Alabasta saga.

"."

Love the hot/cold colour contrast between them.

My only suggestion is to show off more of that FREAKIN BADASS Luffy hiding back there. Great stuff! t Everytime you draw that suna-wani he gets cooler looking! Robin's hat is a little funny looking but it's a bitch anyway! Cool stuff chica! Ista-fav!

Hot Stuff!
This is some hardcore stuff girl.
Like how Croc turned out on this one. Every piece I see from you seems like you improve on your colors more and more!
I apreciate the warm against Cool you got between Croc and Robin. It really adds a lot mood-wise.
As for Luffy. He is a bit hidden back there. He looks nice and all, just a bit to hidden. I had to full view to find out where he started and finished.
I really need to catch up with One Piece. I am tired of just waiting on the manga!
Keep it up.
Cheers!

I have to agreewith Rhandi on this one, it actually made me not recognize him at first (thought he was an entirely new character to the series) but upon further investigation that would be an interesting face to shoot for in live action. I also didn't recognize Luffy at first until just now....perhaps I'm just having a really bad day for recognizing things? Must be it. My only real problem is Robin, since the side of her face and her hat are forming a solid line, it's kind of giving me the idea that Robin's head is slanted backwards somewhat akwardly. That aside though, I love the color job, Captain Croc looks absolutely gorgeous (in a villainous pirate sort of way) and amazingly realistic. Although I don't like that suggested line Robin has, she's colored quite well also. Perhaps a little tweaking of her nose line weight will make her a little less sketchy in my eyes..but I don't think that's something of major concern.

All in all I'd say it's one of your most professional pieces, just fix Robin's face/hat line and I'd say it's pretty much set. Nice job, keep up the good work!

Reposted the pic. Thanks for the critique. That's the first time I've ever drawn Luffy, so I don't think anything but practise is going to fix that one. Though I did try and edit robin's face line thingy a little and fixed the too-dark lines on her nose and eyes. Is that what you meant? I'm not sure if I got it.

Don't worry about Luffy, what threw me off was the fact he had on his Alabaster gear (since I've never seen the meat of that story arc) and I didn't see Luffy's hat on my first look through.

As for Robin, yes that makes her head seem a lot more balenced now, excellent fix.

You made Crocodile so freakin' manly... That exposed canine only adds to his beastliness.
