Commission pony concept of the villian in the 4th part of my pony fanfic mini-series. Art by ~White-Pwny .Illustrated above is the leader of the 'Medieval European' pony city-state of Haydeux, based off the French city of Baydeux, though I'm also juggling Le Man(e)s or Col(t)mar also. His placeholder name is Clyde Van Frollo (loosely based off Claude Frollo from the Hunchback of Notre-Dame, due to time period and style of his ponyfolk).
