17x14" 43x35cm ink on paperThis is another line drawing that I later went over with colored ink. From a photograph & done in the 1980's. Throughout the 70's and 80's I was drawing or painting only occasionally, only a few paintings a year, if that. It was only in 1992 (when I was 42 years old) that I started painting regularly, a painting a week, less in the summer. Day jobs, kids, etc, took up my time and energy.

There's maybe 10 years difference between some of the earlier works and this one, and probably better paper as well. Makes a difference.
