Description
This painting is somewhat based on another painting I did several years ago with acrylics in a watercolor style. That, however, only partly explains the rather 'been there, done that' feeling I have about this painting. Expect to see paintings other than landscapes in this gallery for a while.12x16" (about 30x40cm) acrylic on hardboard

Thank you for including my piece in your collection of snowy scenes. It's snowing here right now and we're expecting 30cm or so tonight and tomorrow. I'm going to be shoveling a lot of that white stuff.

The ligthnig looks really warm to me
just the end of the tree next to the building seems a little sudden.

Thanks for your comment. I'm thinking the whole tree might be a bit too big, not that they don't get that big, just that it seems too big in the painting and I've looked twice at the dark underside of the far eve where the tree limbs end.
