This time around I'm giving shade top billing. I can't paint light without shade nor shade without light, but I think shade is the theme here. And lots of trees.

So lovely!A beautiful cameo in the light...The shade definitely plays a huge part .....and the smudgy brushstroke trees look so good!!I'think there's no need to define them!

Thanks. I just try to stay well clear of the things I can't do in painting, which are legion. So I paint a world were you've forgotten your glasses...
