I only get to go here once in a while... It isn't that close to where I live so it takes a few hours to get there. I suppose I am lucky. I like to call this "Fake Scotland"

ah I was born in the UK. My mum is British. I used to go to the beach when we lived in the UK but I do not recollect the name of it. I just remember sitting in the back of my nana and granddad's car singing on the way there.

Hmm I'm going to make a rough guess and say along the East Coast most likely around the Norwich region.. perhaps a little more south than that. I cannot be too sure but I'd have to ask my mum to see if she knows what it is called.

yeah that is the only one I can remember at this moment. There is also one that had a huge metal slide that was attached to a tower or castle... I cannot remember the name for the life of me.. I just remember we would get a bag of cockles and sprinkle vinegar on before eating them after going on the slide.

The view is really wonderful. It does get very foggy there. I don't see it as ominous here but maybe because that is because I have seen it in a much foggier state lol.

I think it's because when facing such majestic scenery, I personally, get a feeling of being so small. I could elaborate, but I bet you know what I mean. Jellybean 😊

I do get what you mean.. I however... get a kind of different sensation all together. When I see something that would make people feel small... I instead get the feeling that anything is possible.. almost like a hope or a sense of encouragement. The only time I really get something such as the humbling feeling of being so small is when I think about space and time.. Boy ... that sure makes me sound like an ass lol..

I didn't think you came off that way at all 😊
So, I feel the great feeling of infinite possibilities and encouragement when I consider space time, quantum mechanics, multidimensional realities- the abstract very very big and very very small. It's just when facing raw, powerful nature itself that I feel very humble. Using my mind to consider super position, entanglement, yada yada yada, gives me a sense of our potential and power. Cute, huh? Have a great 4th!

I really love this spot very much. Point Reyes National Seashore is sort of what me and a few people in my life call "Fake Scotland" Especially in the Autumn time.
