She's one of my fav anime babes
. I dunno, theres just sumthin so sexy about a woman who can kick some major ass and looks good doin' it 
I messed up on the neck though and i wish I had drawn the pic a little darker but it cant be helped I guess....

Sango is an awesome character. I always wondered, though, why she insists on such a tight outfit....
Maybe it's a distractionary measure against perverted demons!? ....nah...
Anyways, very good work. Is a tad on the light side, though. I've tried drawing her many times and can never get her hair right ^^

I think she wears the tight outfit for 2 reasons... one, the tightness is good for battle because there are no baggy parts sticking out to get in the way or get grabbed by an enemy. Two, since its tight, she can wear other clothes over them (like her baggy-version kimono).

i think the same way about those type of girls they're so freakin' awesome!! hence Riza Hawkeye being one of my favorite FMA characters and Tex being my favorite Red vs. Blue character.

lol Yeah, when I first saw Hawkeye, she had the long hair, like episode 15 or something. Then I borrowed the first 2 DVDs from my friend and I saw her with the short hair, I was like O,O wtf?!

When you want to make a darker picture, you have to use a softer pencil. Also the post-processing of computer scan is important, some tool that can equalise the pixel levels is a great help. I do not know what software you use, but I can definitely recommend GIMP. It's free software and has loads of good functions to enhance scans etc. I hope this little advice helps a bit.
As you pointed out - excluding the neck, it is a great picture!
