I've felt weak
And I know the smell of defeat
But that has never stopped me

I've been scared
So I hide and cry
Praying that everything would be alright
And in the end, it has

I've been beaten, battered and broken
I know how it feels to be put down
Feel like you're not worth it
In the end, it gave me strength

I know betrayal, oh so very well
I know how it feels to let go
I know how it feels to be ignored
But that is when I learned to speak up

I know how it feels to be shy
Let the negative emotions you have overpower your life
And I know how it feels to be let down
But that just taught me to stay positive and keep my word

I know the feeling of being alone
Not fitting in with the rest of the world
And I know how it feels to feel like your standing by yourself
That is when I went to God for help

I know how it is to be abused and blamed
Too feel locked up or caged away
And I know how it feels too not feel pretty
That just taught me too see the inside beauty
And walk away from those who used me

In the end, I can say I know pain
Felt depression and suicide
But never let anyone see who I really was
But that is when I gave my life to God

You see bad things happen everyday
We try to fight them by ourselves
But truth is by the end of the day
We feel more tired and broken hearted

God saves the tired and weary
Instead of fighting alone
He brings His army and fights with us
But only if we let Him

It's a choice we have to choose
Some say yes
Some say no
The question here is, what about you?

Are you sick and tired of feeling defeated?
