Just a little note:
That fire in Vixie's hand is not fire.
It is known as "Phoenix Fire," a special flame that can only be wielded by a Phoenix Warrior leader.

Unlike fire, Phoenix Fire doesn't need oxygen to survive, and it doesn't burn like fire. The flame survives on the positive energy of the wielder. Phoenix Fire will not burn those who are innocent or aligned with the forces of good. This is why it doesn't burn Vixie.

The scepter is used to amplify attacks and allows Vixie to summon Phoenix Fire from a distance.

Vixie commonly uses Phoenix Fire as a weapon in hand-to-hand combat. She will sometimes use it when shaking hands with strangers who she is wary of. This helps her find out a person's alignment.
