This is going to be tough to critique - I really can't see much wrong with it at all!
The cake texture looks really, really good. The only thing I'd nitpick a little at is the crumb size. Maybe working it over a little more, or making smaller circles into the clay would result in a smaller crumb. That's just really preference, though, since it looks good as is.
I can't tell if it's a reflection or not, but it appears that the clay seems a little dirty on the wings. I know light colored clays and white clay are pretty impossible to keep clean, but there are ways to minimize the transfer of color. Keep a box of hand wipes near by (baby wipes work fine) or just make sure to thoroughly wash your hands before working on a lighter color. Now for the plates: there's a bit of lint in some places and the edges look a bit rough. Try sanding them down a bit once they're baked to make them a bit more even. 
All in all, I really like this piece. The texture and the color of the cake itself are spot on. The decorations look great and the clay seems pretty free of fingerprints.
