Well I've finally learned my lesson (it only took me three years) and started using proper photo background. It saves me a lot of trouble editing and adjusting backlight ...and it looks a bit better
This is one of my favorite scenes from the film. And I know its not exact replica of the scene but I had to work with what I've got.
Made it for a friend, a two meters tall fellow who is obsessed with dwarves

I've seen it already, its very impressive
I wasn't really planning to reproduce the scene and was just looking to make a base to have Gimli stand out a bit more since he is kind of small (not that I would say that to his face).
I had to scratchbuilt the sarcophagus and most of the stone tiles (which are mostly covered anyway) and rest came from raiding my bitzbox.
