This peice was done for 's Dragonology Contest.

This is a western dragon, Its Habitat the tundra and his recognition features are his scales/ skin.

His skin/scales allow him to blend in with his habbitat making him more sleathy and able to grab prey. His coloring allowes him to blend in as well. The scales around his eyes are not pointed like the rest of his body but smooth so they catch whatever light comes at them, his actual eyes are small so prey does not see the reflection.

I wish my scanner was bigger so part of the wing didnt get cut off... In the background there are caves made out of Ice where he lives... yeah
