I do like how it is a subtle mixtures of the two races, with the orc half being the slightly prominent shining through yet could pass off as human at a distance.

Woah, this looks *exactly* like the Half-Orc Ranger that I'm playing in a campaign right now... Prominent teeth/tusks, left eye missing, tattoos on the back. Uncanny.
