Excellent interpretation of the spider god. Regarding the monsters uncanny anthropomorphism, I like how subtle it is here. That the spider head only have human eyes, tongue and wrinkles (and apparently a mini-face in the middle), instead of being a simple human head.
Your original design have the honor of being included in my collection of cool and unique/original Chtulhu-mythos interpretations.
